RAMSEY MICHAEL GERGIS, 26
LAKELAND - Ramsey Michael Gergis, 26, passed away June 18, 2009 of heart failure.
Michael was born in New York, NY on Nov. 16, 1982 to Fikry and Anita Gergis. Michael moved to Lakeland in 1997, and graduated from Lake Gibson High School. He later studied Public Relations at Florida Southern College, and graduated with a bachelor's degree. Michael was a beloved son, brother and uncle, and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his parents, Fikry and Anita Gergis; sister, Nadia Vanderhoof; and nephew, Logan Vanderhoof.
Visitation will be Tues. from 6-7 p.m. at Gentry-Morrison Southside Chapel, 1727 Bartow Rd, Lakeland. Services will follow at 7p.m at the funeral home. Funeral services will be conducted on Wed. at 1 p.m. at St. George Coptic Orthodox Church of Tampa, 2135 W. Busch Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories. A reception will follow at St. George Coptic Orthodox Church following the committal service.
