LAKELAND - Mrs. Nadine Slay, age 54, passed away Sat. 6/28/08 due to cancer.
She was born in Hazard, KY and later resided in Polk County most of her life.
Mrs. Slay is survived by her husband, Fred M. Slay, sons: Junior Slay, Chris Slay both of Lakeland, daughters: Cynthia Hooks of Lakeland, Debra Guedesse of Highland City, brothers: Mitchell Farris, Raybob Farris, sister: Shirley Harris all of Lakeland and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted Wednesday 10 am at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home, Southside Chapel, 1727 Bartow Rd. Lakeland.

That was my nanny i miss her so much,she had such a big heart.She deserved better.
