LAKELAND - Mr. Kenneth "Ken" Edgerly, 71, of Lakeland died Sunday May 4, 2008 at LRMC due to heart failure.

Ken moved to Lakeland in 1975 from Westbrook, Maine. He served his country in the United States Army. He was an active member in the NRA.

He was preceded in death by a son, Shaun Edgerly; a sister, Ruth Haulk. He is survived by his daughter, Heidi Edgy of Lakeland; brother, Herbert Edgerly of Madison, Maine; sister, Joyce Hamrick of Madison, Maine; three grandchildren, Jamie Edgerly, Brooke Edgy and Joshua Edgy; 10 nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 PM at the Gentry-Morrison 1727 S. Bartow Road Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Friday at 11 00 A.M. at the Oak Hill Burial Park.
